US Cryotherapy Reports Mid-Term Findings
from its 30-Day Reset Challenge

July 24, 2020

Outcomes across over 650 participants show significant anecdotal improvements in all areas of immune system health, protection, and repair.

Treating the body using cold shock therapy (whole body cryotherapy) to improve recoveries and wellness has become more available and medically accepted over the past decade. Following 60-days of center closures due to COVID-19, US Cryotherapy announced its customer challenge survey on June 1 with enrollment through August 31. The challenge was designed to gather critical evaluation of user experiences in areas of recoveries, protection, and wellness. The centers are essential with respect to improving overall health status.

“We have gathered data from over 650 participants, and will continue through the month of August. We are not surprised at all by the significant mid-point results demonstrating what we have seen since founding the industry in 2011,” stated Kevin Kramer, US Cryotherapy CEO, and co-founder. “The average improvements over 30-days of use in mood, energy, stress, and well-being were greater than 80%. This combined with significant improvements in sleep, pain reduction, and reduced use of sleep and pain medications, confirms the services we offer at US Cryotherapy help people feel better and stay better naturally”, added Kramer. The survey looks at self-assessed enhancement as a corollary to improved immune system function and whole-body health.

Improved systemic circulation, reduced systemic inflammation, improvements in mood, energy, and sleep patterns, with reductions in oxidative stress levels all contribute to a healthier body and mind better equipped to protect and repair. Re-opening of the nationwide centers occurred with enhanced personal protection procedures to further safeguard US Cryotherapy’s customers and staff.

“These centers have helped so many people with accelerated recoveries, fast reductions of pain and inflammation, while improving mood, energy, sleep and skin.” — Louis Garcia

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, UNITED STATES, January 31, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — A grand opening event will occur on February 1 from 11am-4pm to introduce the variety of elite alternative wellness services offered at US Cryotherapy, Albuquerque located at 6001 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Suite B-1, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

A new US Cryotherapy franchise location owned by Art Lucero and Louis Garcia will feature the only true whole-body cryotherapy chamber in the state; the same equipment utilized by multiple NFL teams for player recoveries. US Cryotherapy centers offer safe, convenient, and energizing treatments that promote faster recovery and better health. Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) by US Cryotherapy is exposure to subzero temperatures in a walk-in chamber using refrigerated oxygen-enriched cold air with NO use of hazardous liquid nitrogen or chemicals like competitors. The Company has safely treated over 1.5 million customers since founding the industry in early 2011, averaging over 30,000 customer visits per month across 24 centers nationwide.

“We are excited to bring the US Cryotherapy system to the Albuquerque community,” commented Louis Garcia. “These centers have helped so many people with accelerated recoveries, fast reductions of pain and inflammation while improving mood, energy, sleep, and skin.” In addition to the 4-person whole body cryotherapy chamber, the center will offer other recovery services like compression therapy, neuromuscular deep muscle pulsation, red light photobiomodulation therapy, localized spot therapies, cold air facials, and slimming and toning with cold laser. “It is personally fulfilling to add Albuquerque to the national map of US Cryotherapy centers,” commented Kevin Kramer, CEO. “Our mission of helping Americans recover faster and feel better has been built on impeccable safety, advanced care protocols, elite modalities of care, and consumer trust…. we take care of your recoveries,” concluded Kramer.

At US Cryotherapy, the entire body is exposed (including chest, neck, and head during the short duration session which uniformly cools the entire body). The cold shock therapy stimulates skin sensors, activating a Central Nervous System (CNS) response which causes the release of modulating hormones and proteins which naturally block pain, elevate mood and energy, and accelerate repairs. Elite athletes and the public have adopted Whole Body Cryotherapy treatments as a holistic new way to treat the body. US Cryotherapy started and leads the movement of the holistic wellness/alternative healthcare centers offering very affordable packages and passes for consumers to improve their quality of life.

Meet Kevin Kramer of US Cryotherapy

kevinKramer US Cryotherapy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Kramer.

US Cryotherapy (the Kramer family: Kevin, Rob, Todd & father Linzie) started the Cryotherapy Industry in the US in early 2011 with the first retail treatment center opening in Roseville, CA. The concept of cold air therapy services combined with other elite recovery modalities (compression, deep muscle pulsation, red light photobiomodulation-PBM, pulsed electromagnetic therapy-PEMF, and vibration) have become the gold standard in the Alternative Healthcare and wellness center space.

US Cryotherapy utilizes proprietary walk-in chamber technology which is refrigerated cold air in a treatment environment capable of housing multiple customers per session. This technology is far safer and more effective than competitor products utilizing liquid nitrogen for cooling. Through the organic growth of the bootstrapped company, US Cryotherapy has expanded to 25 treatment centers nationwide and continues to expand equipment sales (furnishing recovery zone products) for large gym chains, Spa Resort, and Hotels, and professional and NCAA sports team training rooms.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Building a business is never a smooth road. Starting an industry adds even more complexity. The US Cryotherapy model has expanded organically. We have the largest center footprint in the industry. We are the only services provider with an impeccable safety record; we track every treatment via a proprietary customer management system we developed for our centers.

With over 1.5M treatments administered to date with zero adverse events, we have become the brand consumer’s trust to get value and more predictable and safe outcomes. Competitors in the industry have tried to replicate everything we do from a service level. All roads from the beginning of the industry have come through US Cryotherapy. The major differentiator is the safety, quality of care, and trackable results US Cryotherapy stands alone in being able to provide its customer seeking a better quality of life through accelerated recovery and whole body rejuvenation.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about US Cryotherapy – what should we know?
US Cryotherapy is an Alternative Healthcare and wellness center service provider. We are proud of our organic growth from the inception of the industry having led the growth and quality of care from day one to almost a decade later. We are set apart from competitors in the industry by the quality and safety of our proprietary technology, substantiated by clinical research in over 300 published studies on the National Institutes of Health – NIH PubMed in the walk-in whole body, electric refrigeration cooled systems. The liquid nitrogen partial body cooling systems have high-risk factors and little science behind them.

Our customers, of which we are treating over 30,000 per month nationwide, know the difference and value our technology and services approach. We have taken the high road with safe affordable services to help customers achieve their desired health status goals. Our ratings and testimonials speak for themselves. In an industry which is filled with highly variable treatment experiences, US Cryotherapy is the brand people trust.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My father, Linzie was always entrepreneurial. We owned a few family restaurants and a waterslide park when I was growing up which enabled me, and my brothers Rob and Todd, to learn about business, work ethic, and drive. We were raised Catholic, attended and graduated from the University of Notre Dame, which enforced the spirituality and ethos we bring to work and family, and we have gone about our business with morality and an ethical focus which unfortunately is not always present in our Industry or competing business models in general.

$40-$45 first time customer visits with multiple service touches

US Cryotherapy increases its Industry leadership position with major expansion through the first half of 2019

DAVIS, CA, USA, August 8, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — (DAVIS, CA) – New US Cryotherapy retail centers, NFL teams, a large gym chain, and a new hotel in New York City are now offering accelerated recoveries in the safest, most effective, nitrogen-free systems in the industry manufactured and serviced in the USA.

Following widespread coverage of a frostbite injury in a nitrogen-cooled cryotherapy system to NFL superstar Antonio Brown, US Cryotherapy, the founders of the North American cryotherapy industry, reported highlights of its national growth as the leaders in safety, customer outcomes, and nationwide access.

"It is unfortunate the market continues to see these nitrogen related incidents with other products, which causes fear and consumer skepticism,” concluded Kramer.”
Kevin Kramer
CEO, US Cryotherapy

In the first half of 2019, US Cryotherapy Direct Sales added two additional NFL teams utilizing its all-electric, nitrogen-free 2-room C4 Recovery system, capable of treating 40+ players in under an hour. In professional sports, the electric refrigeration systems have become the gold standard based on whole body outcomes, player safety, and capacity to treat with no use of consumable nitrogen. These systems have not been associated with any injuries to date with nearly 1.5M treatments administered since 2011.

Additional clients added to the US Cryotherapy systems user list are a 40-gym chain in the Chicagoland Area, XSport Fitness, and the new Spa and Resort Hotel recently opened in NYC by Equinox. Over a 30-month period since launching the US manufactured and serviced systems through a partnership with Cryobuilt, US Cryotherapy has over 60 whole-body electric cold chambers providing treatments in the US market. “Through almost a decade of Company growth in the field of alternative health and wellness, US Cryotherapy’s products and its retail system have continually set the highest mark for customer safety, outcomes, and recovery experience”, stated Kevin Kramer, US Cryotherapy CEO, and co-founder. “We couldn’t be more satisfied that professional sports teams, industry-leading service providers (spas, gyms, wellness clinics, and medical professionals) have been educated enough at this point to know the clinical and safety value of our whole-body refrigerated, nitrogen-free technology and our brand,” added Kramer. “The outcomes we have seen in close to 1.5M treatments have been substantial and safe, with no major incidents. It is unfortunate the market continues to see these nitrogen related incidents with other products, which causes fear and consumer skepticism,” concluded Kramer.
